These terms apply to the Universal Tailor private fitting event planned for August 28–30, 2026 at W Scottsdale.

Your $100 reservation

The $100 payment secures one private fitting time, includes event hospitality, and is applied in full to a garment order placed with Universal Tailor. It is not an additional garment charge.

Garment orders

Custom suits currently begin at $650. Final price depends on cloth, construction, and selected details. A 50% garment deposit is due when an order is confirmed. The quoted delivery target is six weeks and complimentary shipping is included; unusual materials, customs, client changes, or events outside reasonable control may affect timing.

Changes, cancellations, and no-shows

You may cancel for a full refund through 72 hours before your appointment. Inside 72 hours, the reservation may be transferred once or retained as Universal Tailor credit for twelve months. If Universal Tailor changes or cancels the event, you may choose a full refund or retained credit. Card refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days.

Event conduct and hospitality

Guests must be 21 or older and present valid identification to consume alcohol. Service may be refused when required for safety or by law. Please arrange safe transportation.

Venue and schedule

Parking and arrival instructions for W Scottsdale are sent to confirmed guests. Fitting arrivals are scheduled in 15-minute increments with no more than two guests per slot. Reasonable schedule or venue adjustments may be made, with notice whenever practical.
