This notice explains how information submitted for the Universal Tailor Scottsdale private fitting event is used.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, appointment, garment-interest, and optional notes you submit. When the host creates your private scheduling invitation from an authorized Partiful export, it may also include your RSVP name, email, phone number, ticket reference, and optional profile-photo URL. We also retain reservation status, payment confirmation, lead source, and operational notes needed to deliver the fitting and garment order.

Private invitation links contain a random identifier and signature—not readable personal information. They expire automatically and can be used once.

How it is used

Information is used to schedule confirmed Partiful ticket holders, communicate event details, prepare the tailoring team, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and maintain event and order records. Marketing messages are sent only when you opt in.

Service providers

Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on this site. Transactional email may be delivered by Resend. Hosting, analytics, and fraud-prevention providers process limited information as needed to operate the service.

Retention and choices

Event records are retained for legitimate business, accounting, customer-service, and reordering purposes. You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or marketing opt-out by emailing brockgorubec@gmail.com.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and limited operational access. No online service can promise absolute security; please avoid entering sensitive payment or identity information in the notes field.
